How do I get started?

Getting started is easy:

  • Click Register and create your free account
  • Add funds to your balance using your preferred payment method
  • Browse our services and select what you need
  • Enter your link, quantity, and place the order
  • Watch your social media grow!
Is registration free?

Yes! Creating an account is completely free. You only pay when you place orders. There are no monthly fees or subscription charges.

What information do I need to register?

You only need a username, email address, and password. No phone number or ID verification required.

Can I use this panel as a reseller?

Absolutely! We provide full API access to all users. You can integrate our services into your own panel or website. Check your Profile page for your API key and documentation.

How fast will my order be delivered?

Delivery speed depends on the specific service. Most orders start within 0–30 minutes. The order details page shows estimated delivery time. Some services may take longer due to high demand or drip-feed delivery for more natural growth.

Is it safe for my social media accounts?

We use only high-quality, safe methods. However, please note:

  • Use realistic quantities — avoid ordering millions overnight
  • Space out large orders naturally
  • Choose services marked with "High Quality" or "HQ"
  • Check the service description for account safety notes
What happens if my order is not delivered?

If your order is not completed or partially completed, you have options:

  • Refill: Available on eligible services — we top up what was lost
  • Cancel & Refund: Cancel pending orders to get your balance back instantly
  • Support: Open a ticket and we will investigate and resolve within 24 hours
Can I cancel an order?

Yes, orders in Pending or Processing status can be cancelled if the service supports cancellation. Go to My Orders, find your order, and click Cancel. Your balance will be refunded immediately.

What is Drip Feed?

Drip Feed allows you to receive your order gradually over time instead of all at once. For example, you can order 1,000 followers delivered 100 per day for 10 days. This looks more natural to the platform algorithm. Not all services support drip feed.

What is the minimum and maximum order?

Each service has its own minimum and maximum quantity, shown on the order page. Minimums typically start from 10–100 and maximums can go up to 1,000,000+. Always check the service details before ordering.

Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (HBL, Meezan, UBL, etc.)
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash
  • PayPal (if enabled)
  • Cryptocurrency (if enabled)
  • Contact support for other methods

What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit is . There is no maximum limit. You can deposit any amount and use it across multiple orders.

How long does it take for my balance to be added?

After you submit a payment request:

  • Our admin team reviews and approves payments
  • Approval typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours
  • Once approved, your balance is credited instantly
  • You receive a notification in your dashboard
Is my payment secure?

Yes. We do not store any sensitive payment information. All transactions are handled securely. Your balance is stored in our system and can only be used within our panel.

Can I get a refund to my original payment method?

We do not process refunds to original payment methods. However, if an order fails or is cancelled, the amount is immediately returned to your panel balance, which you can use for future orders.

Do you offer any bonuses or discounts?

We periodically offer promotional bonuses. Follow our announcements on the dashboard for bonus offers. Large depositors and regular customers may receive special rates — contact support for bulk pricing.

Account & Security
How do I change my password?

Go to Profile & API from the sidebar, scroll to the Change Password section, enter your current password and new password, then click Save. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Currently, please open a support ticket with your username and email address, and our admin will reset your password manually. We recommend keeping your email updated in your profile.

How do I get my API key?

Your API key is available in Profile & API page. You can copy it and use it with our API endpoint at /api/v2.php. Keep your API key secret — do not share it with anyone.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each user is allowed one account. Multiple accounts may lead to permanent banning. If you need higher limits, contact support to discuss your requirements.

How do I update my email or contact information?

Go to Profile & API page and update your email, Skype, Telegram, or WhatsApp details. Click Save Profile to apply changes.

My account was suspended. What should I do?

If your account is suspended, please open a support ticket with your username. Common reasons include suspicious activity, chargebacks, or TOS violations. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

API & Resellers
How does the API work?

Our API is compatible with the standard SMM Panel API v2 format. Send POST requests to /api/v2.php with your API key and action parameter.

How do I integrate the API into my panel?

In your reseller panel, add our panel as a provider:

  • API URL: /api/v2.php
  • API Key: Your key from Profile page
  • Select API type: SMM Panel API v2

Compatible with SMMSTONE, JustAnotherPanel, SMMKings, and all v2-compatible panels.

What is the API rate limit?

The API allows up to 100 requests per minute per API key. If you need higher limits for bulk operations, please contact support.

Can I check my balance via API?

Yes! Send a POST request with key=YOUR_KEY&action=balance to get your current balance and currency.
